Responsibilities
Define and enforce trust, safety, and consent standards across the studio.
Advise engineering and design on safe, respectful interaction patterns.
Author clear safety guidelines and member-facing policies.
Qualifications
Experience in trust & safety, policy, or content moderation.
Strong interest in AI, privacy, and responsible design.
Excellent communication skills for translating policy into clear product requirements.
